Conditions of giveaway participation
1. Giveaway period, prices and conditions
The competition starts on February 22nd, 2024 and ends on April 15th, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Until then, you have to answer the competition question and jump into the draw! We will raffle off among all participants 1x two tandem flights including photos and videos at the penalty spot. That is not included cable car ticket for the Elferbahnen in the Stubaital and your individual journey.
2. Conditions of participation
All users who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Participation with fake identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. TANDEM STUBAI reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition who violate the conditions of participation.
The prize is neither transferable nor can it be exchanged or paid out in cash. Legal recourse is excluded.
The deadline for participation is April 15, 2024, 12:00 p.m.
The winners will be randomly selected by the TANDEM STUBAI team from among all valid entries and will then be informed about their win. If a winner does not contact the organizer within 3 working days of being notified of the winner, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.
TANDEM STUBAI reserves the right to modify, interrupt or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, this option will only be used if proper implementation of the competition cannot be guaranteed due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation) or legal reasons. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond its control.
